At Clasiko (clasiko.mv), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return, exchange, or request a refund for any product, we aim to make the process as smooth as possible.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds or exchanges for products that are damaged, expired, or faulty, as per the terms outlined below:

Allow 7-10 days from the date of reporting an issue for processing.
Refunds apply to products that are faulty on arrival and cannot be repaired.
Orders lost in transit are eligible for a refund.
Promotional products are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and undergoes a quality check (usually takes 4-5 days, followed by 2 business days for the refund to be issued).
In case of a faulty or damaged product, if you return your entire order, the full delivery charge will be refunded. However, if you keep some items, a portion of the delivery charge will be retained.
To be eligible for a return or refund, products must be returned in their original packaging, with all inner packaging intact.
Refund Eligibility Window
Products received as faulty or damaged can be refunded within 7 days (exceptions apply to electronic items – see below).
Items must be returned with their manuals, accessories, and packaging in perfect condition.
After the 7-day period, any product that becomes faulty will be subject to the manufacturer's warranty.
Products outside the refund and warranty period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Exchanges & Replacements
If you need to exchange or replace an item, please contact our Customer Service Team to arrange the process in accordance with our terms and conditions.
Electrical & Electronics Returns
Returns and refunds for electronic and electrical items are subject to the following conditions:
Items must be returned with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any free gifts included at the time of purchase.
Laptops, printers, mobile phones, digital cameras, SLRs, action cameras, personal care items, hygiene products, magazines, and books cannot be returned or refunded unless sealed and unused.
Digital activation codes and gift cards are non-refundable.
Faulty electronics/electrical products reported within 7 days will be verified by an authorized service center (verification may take up to 4 business days). Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after the technical report confirms a manufacturing defect.
Returns/refunds for large appliances (e.g., washing machines, refrigerators, dishwashers, cooking ranges, TVs, fitness equipment, etc.) are not accepted if the packaging has been opened. Please confirm with the delivery team before unboxing.
Refunds/exchanges for supplier-delivered products (e.g., major appliances, TVs) will only be processed based on a technical verification report from the manufacturer's authorized service center.
Service, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable once performed.

Delivery Charge Refunds
If you return your entire order due to faulty products within 7 days, we will refund the full delivery charge.
If you return only some of the items or request a return after 7 days, the delivery charge will not be refunded, and additional charges may apply for pickup.
Refund Process
If a courier collects your returned product, the refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds typically appear in your next billing cycle once MUexpress approves the return.
Any free or discounted products purchased as part of a promotional offer must also be returned.
If a returned product does not meet our policy guidelines, a restocking fee may apply.
